We absolutely loved our trip to Cancun and had such a wonderful time. The resort was clean, amenities were awesome and the staff was super friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The only recommendation that we would suggest is telling people to upgrade to the Elite club. It was worth every penny as you had a private pool area and drink service instead of having to wait at the bars at the pool for drinks. The Elite club also offered more options for room service and upgraded alcohol in the room. Our stay was wonderful and they made us feel super special throughout the stay. 

Jeanne was wonderful and so helpful with everything for our trip. We loved that she kept us up to date with any changes to our itinerary. Our travel was so seamless and the transportation was awesome.
